According to www.nationalterroralert.com, a new audio message was recorded by Osama Bin Laden and run on an Islamist website just a few days ago.
There was no video, but the voice delivering the message was purported to be Bin Laden. The message states, among other things, that "The reason for our dispute with you is your support for your ally Israel, occupying Palestine." Whether this is Osama Bin Laden or not, the implication of the message was that al-Qaeda will continue to resort to terrorism over political differences with no respect for diplomacy or International Law.
